Putting more or less air is not going to change your travel. It will affect how much the fork sags but you will always have 6 inches of travel.

Should be the same as what mine would use.
I looked up Punkifier and there are a lot of good reviews about the sound of that pedal. Should be fun.

On the bottom of my pedal it says: "For AC operation use a 10 volt DC negative ground power supply."

It should have the same info on the bottom of yours too.
